Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 June 2026

Welcome to SpainHolidayFun.com ("the site", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose — please read them.

Who we are

SpainHolidayFun is an independent travel-information website run by a small two-person team based on the Spanish coast. It lists events and guides for visitors to Spain.

What we provide

We publish information about events, festivals and things to do in Spain, gathered from official and public sources and written up by us. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but we provide it for general information only.

Dates and accuracy — please double-check before you book

Event dates, times, prices and details change, and some are set by third parties (town halls, organisers, venues) outside our control. Where a date isn't officially confirmed, we say so. Always check the official source — which we link to on each event — before booking flights, accommodation or anything else around an event. We can't be held responsible for events that are changed, postponed or cancelled, or for any costs you incur as a result.

External and affiliate links

The site links to third-party websites, including booking partners for car hire, tours and accommodation. Some of these are affiliate links: if you book through them we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you (see our affiliate disclosure). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, services, prices or privacy practices. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that provider, not us.

Our content

The original text, design and layout of this site are ours and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to link to us and to quote short extracts with credit. Please don't copy or republish substantial parts of the site without our permission. (Factual event details themselves aren't ours to own — we credit and link to their sources.)

Your responsibilities

When using the site, please don't attempt to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on the information it contains.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
