Feria de San Miguel 2026 — Torremolinos
Torremolinos closes the Costa del Sol summer with its patron fair: a horse-and-carriage romería, casetas and concerts.
The Feria de San Miguel is Torremolinos's big patron-saint fair and one of the last hurrahs of the Costa del Sol season, held around the saint's day at the end of September. It opens with a romería — a horse-and-carriage pilgrimage — and rolls into days of casetas, flamenco, fairground rides, parades and concerts, with the usual feria de día and feria de noche split.
What to expect. A lively, late-summer Andalusian feria when the heat has eased and the resort feels more local again. The romería, around 21 September, is a colourful prelude to the main fair days at the end of the month.
Practical bit. Torremolinos is one of the easiest Costa del Sol towns to reach — the Cercanías train from Málaga and the airport stops right in the centre. For getting between the feria ground, the beaches and the rest of the coast, though, a hire car still earns its keep, especially after late nights at the fair.
