What's on in Amposta

Amposta is the main town of the Ebro Delta, the great flat sweep of rice paddies, lagoons and birdlife where the river meets the sea on the Costa Daurada. A long suspension bridge spans the Ebro in the town centre, and the surrounding wetlands are a national park better known to birdwatchers than beach holidaymakers.
