El Perelló is a small town on the southern Costa Daurada, set in hills of olive and almond groves a little back from the sea, with a quiet beachside settlement at Perelló de Mar below. It's honey-and-olive-oil country, an unhurried, mostly Catalan place between Tarragona and the Ebro delta, with none of the resort bustle.
