What's on in Salobreña

Salobreña is a white town on a great rock above the Costa Tropical, its houses tumbling up to a Moorish castle with the sugar-cane fields and the sea spread out below. It's one of the prettier towns on this stretch of the Granada coast and keeps a real Andalusian feel — a quiet beach, a steep old quarter and the Sierra Nevada visible inland on a clear day.
