Albir Beach Craft Fair (Night Market)
A summer-long artisan night market right on Albir's beachfront promenade, with 22 stalls selling jewellery, ceramics, textiles, leatherwork and decorative crafts. Open every evening until late, with live demonstrations of traditional craft techniques.
Come down to the Paseo de las Estrellas once the heat drops and you'll find the stalls already lit, running from six in the evening right through to one in the morning. Twenty-two makers set up along the promenade with the sea just behind them, so a slow wander here pairs nicely with an ice cream or a drink afterwards. Expect handmade jewellery, leatherwork, ceramics, candles and painted wooden boxes, alongside quirkier bits like rag dolls, marionettes and trinkets fashioned from beach stones.
What sets it apart from the usual tourist stalls is the craft itself. The traders are all registered artisans, and several work at their tables as you browse, so you can watch a piece take shape before deciding whether it comes home with you. Entry is free, and it's an easy, unhurried way to fill a warm Albir evening.
