'A tot ritme' Dance Festival
A free open-air dance exhibition by the local Gim Llavaneres group in Ca l'Alfaro park. A relaxed early-evening show you can simply turn up to.
This is the sort of low-key local fixture you stumble across and end up glad you did. The Gim Llavaneres group puts on its end-of-season dance showcase outdoors in Ca l'Alfaro park, with the town's own dancers running through the routines they've been working on all year. Expect a friendly, family crowd rather than anything polished or theatrical.
It starts around early evening, when the heat has dropped and the park is at its best. There's nothing to book and nothing to pay; you just wander in, find a spot on the grass and watch. No Catalan needed to follow along, and if the dancing isn't quite your thing, it's still a pleasant excuse to see a quieter coastal town go about its summer. A short, gentle hour or so out of the sun.
