Solstice Concert with Milanesa Sound
Open-air summer-solstice concert by Milanesa Sound, a band blending styles from salsa to hip-hop, held on the esplanade beside the Sant Sebastia hermitage. Free and open to all.
The town puts on a free open-air concert up by the Sant Sebastia hermitage to mark the longest day of the year, with Milanesa Sound providing the music. They're a band who skip happily between salsa, hip-hop and whatever else takes their fancy, so don't expect to sit still for long. Things kick off at 8.30pm, which means you catch the last of the evening light over the esplanade before the sky goes dark.
Put on by the town's culture department, it's a community affair rather than a big ticketed do, so the crowd is mostly locals out for a warm summer night. Bring a jacket for later and walk up early if you fancy a good spot.
