San Pedro de La Atalaya Fiestas 2026
Two and a half weeks of free neighbourhood fiesta in the La Atalaya district, with a commercial fair, open-air concerts (Aseres, Los 600, Pepe Benavente, a Selena tribute), a foam-and-inflatables water party, drag galas, a traditional float parade and a flower battle. It closes on 5 July with the St Peter mass, procession and midnight fireworks the night before.
This is a proper neighbourhood do, run by the people of La Atalaya for the people of La Atalaya. Residents spend the whole year quietly building the parade floats, and it shows when they finally roll through the streets. The opening word is given by the eleven women who make them, which tells you where the heart of it sits. Plaza de San Pedro is the hub, with a small commercial fair, food stalls and free concerts most nights.
The music jumps around: Latin groups like Aseres and Los 600, Pepe Benavente, a Selena tribute to close, plus drag galas that pull a big, good-natured crowd. One Saturday turns into a soaking with inflatables, a foam party and dancing in the heat. It winds up on 5 July with the patron-saint mass and procession, fireworks the night before.
