Constelación Dulce 2026 – Star-Inspired Dessert Trail
Throughout June, seven restaurants and bars across this remote dark-sky corner of La Palma serve creative desserts inspired by the night sky, with names like 'Eclipse Solar' and 'Betelgeuse de Orión', each capped at €5. Collect stamps on a tasting passport and a full card enters you in a raffle for a guided sunset experience at the Tajogaite volcano.
Garafía sits in one of La Palma's darkest corners, where the stars are the main event, so it makes sense that the local kitchens have turned them into pudding. Seven bars and restaurants each put out a single sky-themed dessert, none costing more than five euros, with names that range from "Mousse de Venus" at Bodegas El Níspero to "Betelgeuse de Orión" out at Roque Faro. Each one has to use at least one local ingredient, so you're tasting the island as much as the theme.
You pick up a little credential and collect a stamp per dessert. Four stamps from different venues, and you're in the draw for a guided sunset trip up the Tajogaite volcano. There's also a spot to vote for your favourite, and a good excuse to drive the winding back roads.
