Free Open-Air Cinema on the Beach
Free outdoor film screenings on Tamarells beach at sunset, now in its fifth year. Two evenings of quality cinema under the stars by the sea, a relaxed seaside experience open to all.
Pollença's beach cinema has quietly become a fixture, now running for a fifth summer on the sand at Tamarells, just off Avinguda París in the port. The screen flickers on once the sun has properly gone down, so things kick off somewhere between 9.30 and 10pm depending on the light. Bring a towel or a low chair, settle in, and watch with the sea a few steps away.
A heads-up: this is local programming. The 2026 line-up runs to Catalan animation and a Catalan-language drama with Spanish subtitles, so you won't always have English to fall back on. But the setting carries it, and the price is right — both nights are free, no booking. Pack a jumper for when the breeze picks up later on.
