What's on in La Llosa

La Llosa is a small farming village on the Castellón plain, set back a little from the Costa del Azahar between the orange groves and a quiet stretch of beach. It's an ordinary, local Valencian place rather than a tourist town — handy for the coast but with the unhurried feel of somewhere that mostly belongs to the people who live there.

Its fiestas are the heart of the year: the patron festivals of San Felipe Neri and San Isidro Labrador bring processions and street celebrations, and the Tardeo Llosero turns May Day into an afternoon-and-evening street party. Here's what's on while you're here.
