What's on in Mazarrón

Mazarrón is a pair of places on Murcia's Costa Cálida — an old inland town and the harbour resort of Puerto de Mazarrón below it — set among low, ochre-coloured hills and quiet coves. It's a low-key, mostly Spanish-and-resident stretch of coast, warm well into autumn, known for its bathing beaches and its strange eroded badlands rather than for crowds.
