Festa Major de Sant Feliu (Summer Festival) 2026
Cabrera de Mar's main summer festival, five days of free street parties, parades, giants, fire runs and family shows. The 2026 edition headlines popular Catalan acts Buhos, Figa Flawas and The Tyets, and debuts a beachside pyromusical (fireworks set to music) on Vinyals beach to close the celebrations.
For five days at the turn of July and August, the little Maresme town of Cabrera de Mar hands its streets over to the party. Days run on parades, towering wooden giants (the local gegantera crew turns ten this year) and children's shows; nights belong to the music. The 2026 line-up leans on big Catalan names, with Buhos, Figa Flawas and The Tyets among them, plus the brass-and-dancing tradition of an Orquestra Montgrins set.
It all closes on Vinyals beach with a pyromusical, fireworks choreographed to music over the water. Everything is free; you only pay for what you drink at the bars. There's a marked safe space with medics and a Punt Lila support point, so it's an easy one to come to as a family by day, with the daytime parades and children's shows the natural draw before the bands take over after dark.
