Summer Fair (Fira d'Estiu) - July & August Cultural Programme

There's no single big night here. Across July and August the whole village turns into a slow rotation of small treats, most of them free and almost all within a short walk of the sand. Mornings start early with beach gymnastics and yoga on the north beach before the heat lands. Evenings bring street theatre, puppet shows, fire-and-circus acts and tribute bands on Placa Corts Valencianes, plus open-air cinema on the beach on the odd Friday.

Dotted through the weeks are themed markets: a medieval one in early July, a fishermen's market in mid-August. Local restaurants put on a fixed Menu Fira for around 5 or 6 euros, and you'll find horchata and Valencian pastries going around. Easy, unhurried, and pitched at families.
