Torrenostra Summer Night Market
A relaxed Friday-afternoon-into-evening market in the palm grove by the Torrenostra beach, with around 70 stalls selling clothes, crafts, food and assorted goods. Easy to wander into after a day at the beach.
Come Friday, the palm grove behind Torrenostra's beach fills with stalls and stays busy until ten at night. It opens at four, but the better hour is later, once the heat has dropped and people drift over straight from the sand, still half in beach mode. You'll find the usual summer-market mix: rails of linen and cotton, leather sandals, beads and trinkets, craft bits, and a fair amount of food to graze on as you go.
Nothing here is polished or curated. It's a local Friday habit more than an event, which is rather the point. Wander the rows, haggle a little if you fancy, pick up something for the apartment or just an ice cream, and let the evening unwind. Entry's free, it runs on Fridays through July and August, and it sits a few steps from the seafront.
