For three late-July nights, the sports hall at Polideportivo Paulino Salgado in Torrenueva Costa turns over to live music, running from half eight in the evening until one in the morning. The big draw is Chambao, the Malaga band whose breezy flamenco chill-out sound has been going 25 years now, and they're joined by fusion acts La Flamenca, Al Liquindoi and Canela en Rama. It's a proper local affair rather than a slick mega-festival.
The one curveball is Las Guerreras K-POP El Musical, a Korean-pop tribute show sitting oddly but happily alongside all that Andalusian guitar. Tickets are sold per concert: 15 euros if you buy in person at the town hall or local shops, 20 online. Bring something warm for the small hours.
