Formentera Jazz Festival 2026

Jazz on a small island, played out over warm June nights. The festival spreads across Formentera rather than parking everyone in one hall, so an evening might start with a set on the sand, drift to a square in the old town, then carry on at the Blue Bar until the early hours. Sunset does a lot of the heavy lifting here.

The line-up mixes local players with national and international names, and it isn't all sit-and-listen concerts: expect jam sessions, the odd DJ set and a few daytime workshops too. One practical thing worth knowing before you commit to a busy night out, the venues are scattered and the island runs to about 21km end to end, so sort out a bike, scooter, taxi or bus in advance.
