Sóller has built its identity on oranges, and each spring the whole valley leans into it. The main day lands on Plaça Constitució, where the square fills with citrus stalls, an exhibition of the varieties grown here, and small tasting plates of orange-laced dishes for a few euros apiece. Mallorcan xeremiers (the local bagpipes) and a xaranga street band keep the place lively, with proper evening concerts later on.
Beyond the square there's plenty to wander into. Guided walks take you through the groves and the old hydraulic channels that feed them, restaurants across the valley put orange into both savoury plates and puddings, and there's a citrus dessert contest plus a cocktail demo. Families get garland-making and craft workshops. It winds up over in Fornalutx, with more bagpipes to send it off. Entry's free; the tastings and activities cost a little.
